Kamrul Basher Mickey is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Procurement and Supply Chain Limited, an approved Study, Exam, and Global Distance Learning Partner of CIPS-UK (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply). With over 17 years of leadership experience, he has built and positioned the organization as a premier institution in Bangladesh for procurement and supply chain education, earning a reputation as a Centre of Excellence in professional training. Under his guidance, Advance PSC has delivered high-impact, competency-based programs that equip professionals with the practical skills, strategic insights, and globally recognized qualifications required to excel in modern supply chain and procurement management.

Since founding the organization in 2009, Mr. Mickey has overseen its growth across South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, serving participants from private, public, and government sectors. He has collaborated closely with clients to design and implement procurement and supply chain frameworks, while also developing specialized courses that address real-world organizational challenges.
